I have a strong and diversified history in IT, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering & Development.  My experience includes insurance, finance, manufacturing, hardware and software. Through my various positions, I have developed the skills to ensure change by being able to articulate a vision so all disciplines within an organization or association can experience a shared vision. Only after the vision is understood through a clear communication strategy, can you create the specific, measurable objectives that can accomplish that vision. Experienced Professional with Proven Results
I have over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations and product development. While at Estorian, I was responsible for entire product lines that had been left for dormancy and built them back up to generate sales activity. Upon entering TeraCloud I published an unsolicited analysis of where the products lined up against the competition which prompted a 4 year revitalization of those product lines. While at Sterling and CA, I developed processes that streamlined customer facing activities and automatically generated TCO/ROI documents based on customer data. While at Nationwide I managed a planned 24 month project working with 1700 programmers whom I had no control over and completed the project in 18 months.

Ability to Partner with All Disciplines
Throughout my career I have been recognized for my ability to work with all departments. These include all internal departments, analysts and business partners as well. I have the ability to sit with customers at the technical and executive level to understand issues and properly articulate the needs to everyone internally from engineers to those in the board room.
