- Managed project involving 1,700 programmers to implement SMS and reduce operating costs. Developed the marketing campaign redirecting corporate focus. Skillful implementation reduced a 24 month project to 18 months.
- Slashed operating budget by $2 Million (25%) by migrating enterprise storage systems to new and more reliable technology.
- Planned, organized and led storage project team for two data center moves. Both moves were completed on time with zero defects attributed to the storage organization.
- Led team in automated storage solutions rollout for multiple data centers. Changed view of storage administration from one of difficult to work with into a group that was helpful and quickly adaptive to the needs of the organization.
